Insights from these surveys will allow you to streamline processes or to address areas that your customers/visitors find a problem.

To get started, you’ll first decide whether to collect an email or to redirect them to a landing page.

Then, design design the survey by using the editor menu under the "Visual" drop down.

To set up your questions, head to "Extra Configurations" and add your questions there. Tip: Ask as many questions you’d like – don’t over do it though, keep in mind some people may get annoyed. 

For each question you’ll be able to the option to have multiple choice or open-response.

Hit save and set your routes!
