Managing Your Billing Information

Looking how to subscribe after your free trial? Simply update your billing information.

If you're on Shopify, simply continue using GrooveJar. To cancel your subscription with us, head to your Shopify Apps and delete GrooveJar from there.

For others:

When your trial is up, you can simply add your billing information under your account settings within the GrooveJar dashboard. Select Billing and then click on Update your billing info here. A form will pop up and you’ll fill out the information there to subscribe to full access and features.

Note: When your free trial is up with no active subscription, although the GrooveJar script is on your site, any pop-ups created will be disabled for the time being.

If you're looking to cancel your subscription, please email us or simply start a chat with us through the dashboard. 
If you're on Shopify, please go ahead an uninstall the app from your dashboard.
